Arlen Ray Jones peacefully passed on August 30 with his family by his side. He was born in Bisbee, Ariz., on March 30, 1929, to Charles and Henrietta Jones.

He is survived by his wife, Kay, of nearly 67 years; son, Gary (Grace); daughter, Trisha (Steve); son, Tim (Jackie); four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

His smile was infectious, always had a kind word and was happy to help anyone who needed it. He served his country as a marine in the Korean conflict. Ray was a devoted husband and father and worked hard to support his family.

He was always happy when the kids came home for a visit. Being outdoors was his happy place whether in his yard or camping and fishing in the Sierra's.

God has you in his keeping. We have you in our hearts. We love you forever.
