Arlene Duncan

August 11, 1921 — January 10, 2014

Arlene M. Duncan 92, an Arizona resident since 1969 passed away peacefully at her home on January 10, 2014. Born on August 11, 1921 in Warsaw, N.Y., She was a dedicated registered nurse beginning at Genesee Hospital, Rochester, N.Y. in 1942, and was a member of the Silver Star Rebekah Lodge. Upon moving to Yarnell she joined the Yarnell-Peeples Valley Historical Society, Red Hat Society and Yarnell Community Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Bob and survived by four daughters, three sons, seven nieces; three nephews, 13 grandchildren and 19 great grand children. Arlene was a warm, wise and generous woman who embodied the spirit of love and faith. Her sunny smile and gentle hugs will be remembered and missed. Memorial Services: 2 p.m. Saturday, January 18, 2014, Yarnell Community Presbyterian Church. Contributions to the Yarnell Community Presbyterian Church.
