Bernice A. Garcia, age 87, passed away October 15, 2016 in Wittmann, Arizona. She was born January 17, 1929 in Odds, Kentucky to Robert J. Collins and Mintie Birchfield Collins. She was a homemaker survived by her husband Mel Garcia of Phoenix. Family services will be held at a later date.
