Blanche Louise Seiffert, age 81, passed away on October 15, 2019 in Goodyear, Arizona. Blanche was born April 1, 1938 in Portland, OR to William Hickethier and Mary Miller Hickethier. She was a homemaker and mother and had live most of her life in the northwest. She had been living in Salome since 1995.
