Christi Hallstrom, 75, passed away on September 23, 2026, in Aguila, Arizona

Christi Hallstrom was born on October 28, 1950 in Dayton, Ohio, to George and Rita Green.

Christi graduated from Patterson Co-op High School in 1968 and later went on to earn an Associates Degree from Mohegan Community College in Norwich, Connecticut. At a young age, she became an Executive Secretary at NCR in Dayton, Ohio. Christi started her banking career at Norwich Savings Society, elevating herself through hard work and dedication to attain her position as Executive Secretary to the President. After many years Christi transferred to Eastern Savings Bank again as Executive Secretary to the President, and eventually retired from that position.

Christi married Dale Hallstrom on May 28, 1982 at the Mesa Wedding Chapel in Mesa, Arizona. Soon after their marriage they moved to Connecticut where they built their lives together for 30 years. After retirement she and Dale moved to Aguila, Arizona.

Christi enjoyed spending time with her friends and family in Connecticut, Ohio, Arizona and California. Christi deeply cherished the personal relationships she had with her friends. She was an avid reader and enjoyed playing Bunko with the girls.

Christi is survived by her loving husband Dale Hallstrom of Aguila, Arizona, her siblings Diana (Richard) Fretch, Carmen (David) Hickey, Patrick (Carla) Green, Tina (Curt) Rasnic, Tina Green, sister-in- law, and David Rehmert, brother-in-law, and a host of nephews and nieces who loved and appreciated her caring and fun personality.

Christi was a truly kind and gentle spirit.

Christi is preceded in death by her parents, George and Rita (Garman) Green, her sisters, Kathyrn Rehmert, Linda Grubb, brother-in-law Kenneth Grubb and her brother Paul Green.

Burial: National Cemetery of Prescott , Prescott, AZ.
