Constance L. Summers, age 78, passed away December 7, 2017 in Phoenix, Arizona. She was born June 6, 1939 in Detroit Michigan to Thomas O. Hamilton and Minnie Pearl Moore. Constance married Keith Summers they eventually made the home in Southern California. Moving to Arizona five years ago. Constance was preceded in death by her husband Keith in 2013. She is survived by a daughter Jolene Martinez of Chula Vista, CA.
