David Ringquist

David S. Ringquist passed away October 19, 2015 at his home in Stanton, Arizona. He was born March 11, 1947 in Ossining, New York. David served in the military and later worked at the Parker Dam with Public Utilities. He is survived by his wife Mary Joane Ringquist of Congress.
