Edward Manuel Ramos, age 69, passed away June 19, 2017 in Congress, Arizona. Edward was born June 28, 1947 in Sacramento, California to Manuel & Lillie Ramos. He worked in Law Enforcement most of his life. Edward came to Arizona in 2015 settling in Congress. He is survived by 3 sisters.
