Eva Koressel

Eva Elizabeth Koressel, age 89, passed away on June 5, 2019 in Phoenix, Arizona. Eva was born March 16, 1930 in Slick, Oklahoma to Melvin Greenwood and Birdie Briggs Greenwood. Eva was raised and attended schools there and later married Linus Koressel. They came to the Phoenix area in 1956. Eva worked as an administrative assistant at the Dept. of Education. In 1998 they moved to Wickenburg. They enjoyed and loved to travel and in the summers would head out seeking cooler weather. Eva loved to fish and play bingo. Eva was preceded in death by her husband L.J. Koressel in 2005. She is survived by her children: Ron (Judy) Koressel, Kevin (Sue) Koressel, Kim (Carol) Koressel and Don (Pat) Koressel. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church at 360 Madison St. in Wickenburg with interment to follow in the Wickenburg Cemetery.
