Gary was born in Bottineau, North Dakota on October 11, 1939. He served in the U.S. Air Force and worked as an Air Force Recruiter.
Gary is survived by his wife Charlene Kiesow, three daughters: Angela Hill, Brenda Kiesow-Jones (Jim), Crystal Kiesow, and son Brian Kiesow, two step-sons, Scott Carlisle and Doug Moore, sisters Dorothy Brandt of Minot, North Dakota, and Judy & Bill Anderson of Minnesota, 9 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and other family and friends.
