Helen Radway

Claire Radway, age 75 passed away June 18, 2010 in Surprise, Arizona. She was born on July 10, 1934 to Clyde and Helen Vermillion in Prescott, Arizona. Claire attended schools in Prescott and graduated from high school there. She graduated from Arizona State University in 1956 with a teaching degree. She taught 1st and 2nd grade in Mountain View, California. It was there that she met her soon to be husband John Radway and they married in 1961. In 1963 they moved to Hawaii where John bought a Macadamia Farming business. They lived in Hawaii for 20 years and then moved back to Arizona residing in Camp Verde for awhile and in 1986 John and Claire moved to the Wickenburg area. Claire and John loved to travel, some of the countries they traveled to were France, Italy, Croatia, Japan and all across the United States. She was an avid reader and loved learning all that she could. Claire is survived by her husband John of Wickenburg, many cousins and many good friends. She will be greatly missed. John suggests any memorial contributions in Claire's memory be made to Hospice of the Valley 1510 E. Flower Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85014.
