Jack L. Polvado, of Buckeye, AZ, passed away on February 8, 2020 in his home, surrounded by the love of his family and friends. He was born on October 9,1945 in Killeen, TX. He graduated from Walpole High School in Walpole MA. In 1982 he married Donna Marston, and together they had 2 children, Matthew and Jeffrey. Jack and Donna divorced in 2000 and Jack was remarried to Goldie Lacey in 2005. Jack worked as a corrections officer for 22 years with the Massachusetts Department of Corrections at which time he left at the rank of Sergeant. Jack was an avid body builder and power lifter, holding numerous titles and state records both in Massachusetts and Arizona. Jack is a veteran of the Vietnam War where he served with the U.S. Army as a Personal Specialist with the 173rd Airborne Division. A kind-hearted man who was hard working and dedicated. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Jack Is survived by his mother Mary Lou, wife Goldie of Buckeye, AZ, sons Matthew and wife Ashleigh and Jeffrey and wife Laura, and his step children Cody and husband Tommy and Will and Jeremy. Siblings: Brian and wife Sue and Myrnie. Grandchildren: Tristen, Abigail, Skyler, Justen, Bailey, Matthew, Dylan, Jack and Lola. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at 1:00 PM at the Way family residence at 26700 W. McCarroll Rd. in Morristown, AZ 85342.
