Jack Allen Robbins, age 63, passed away August 29, 2016 in Sun City West, Arizona. He was born May 24, 1953 in Harlingen, Texas to Billy Ray Robbins and Frankie Masters Robbins. He served in the U.S. Navy and later owned and operated an R.V. Repair business with his wife Lesley.

He came to Arizona in 2000 from California and settled in Wickenburg.
