Jeanne Fabiszak

Jeanne L. Fabiszak, age 87, passed away peacefully March 3, 2016 in our home in Surprise, Arizona. Jeanne was born September 4, 1928 in Brooklyn, New York to Milton & Thelma Hagerty. This was where she was raised and schooled. Mom married Walter Fabiszak while he was serving in the Navy. They had 5 children: Steven, Bruce, Christopher, Walter and Jeanne. They moved the family from Brooklyn to New Windsor, New York in 1971.

Jeanne was a mom and homemaker raising us well. After we grew up she went to work at JC Penney's for many years where she retired from in 2001 in Roy, Utah. Jeanne came to Surprise, Arizona in 2013.

She was preceded in death by her mother Thelma Nathan, fathers Milton Hagerty and Sam Nathan, husband Walter Fabiszak, sister Barbara Fleming and brother Kenneth Hagerty.

She is survived by brother Raymond McClelland, sons Stephen, Bruce, Christopher and Walter, daughter Jeanne, son-in-law Al, daughters-in-law Becci, Sandra and Shelly, grandchildren: Christopher, Jonathan, Alexander, Anna, Adam, Nicholas and Samantha and great-granddaughter Lily.

At Jeanne's request, no services will be held. A scattering of ashes will be held by the family at a later date.
