Kerry Hancock

August 5, 1950 — December 24, 2021

After a long battle with prostate cancer, Wickenburg, AZ resident Kerry Neal Hancock Sr., passed away on the morning of December 24, 2021, surrounded by his loving family. He was born at Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona on August 5, 1950 to Jerome K Hancock and Patricia J. Patterson - Hancock. He married his childhood sweetheart, Joe Ann Gann at Encanto Community Church in Phoenix, AZ., October of 1968. He is survived by his Wife Joe Ann Gann-Hancock, his children Kerry N. Hancock Jr. and Kerstin F. Hancock, his Grandchildren; Rianne Hancock, Ronnie Hancock, Kaitlyn Perry, Jordan Hancock, Kenner Hancock, Sara Baxter, Nate Hancock, Noah Peterson, Harvey Vascones, Malcom Felltch and Sophie (Hancock) Iseman.



Kerry was a Heavy Equipment Operator and talented fabricator and owned his own fabrication business throughout his life. He was an off road enthusiast and was known for building incredible rock buggy's and hot rods. His nickname was the director of fun and he was a true friend to all those who met him. He also enjoyed playing guitar, sailboarding, boating, and camping and traveling. All who knew him will miss him. His services are Friday, December 31, 2021 at the Wickenburg Seventh-Day Adventist Church at 10:00am. Graveside burial following the services.
