Lois Ann Hill Johnson 94 of Glendale AZ passed away peacefully on Dec 18, 2019. Lois was looking forward to her place in heaven. She loved and served her Lord and savior. John 3:16
A family memorial service will be held on February 3, 2020 at 11:00 AM at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix.
Lois was born in Buffalo, MN on April 23, 1925. She graduated from Buffalo High School. Lois married Donald Henry Johnson Nov 19; 1943. They were married 68 years. Lois worked as a District Sales Manager for Avon for 18 years. After living in Thief River Falls, MN for 20 years they moved to Arizona. Lois loved to sing and had a beautiful voice.
Lois is survived by 3 children, Joanne Florell ( Vince, deceased), Donald Jr ( Judy), and Janet Ehrenstrom ( Kent). Mary Holisak (sister), grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Also Diane Gonsorowski an honorary daughter to Lois.
Lois is preceded in death by husband Donald and 5 siblings.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to Freedom Service Dogs of America 7193 S Dillon Court, Englewood CO 80112. 303-922-6231. freedomservicedogs.org which provides services dogs to wounded veterans and children. The family wishes to thank Hospice of the Valley and the staff at Mom's Place. God Bless
