Lynda Cavin

August 6, 1938 — January 3, 2020

Lynda Kaye Cavin, born August 6, 1938 passed away Friday, January 3, 2020. She is remembered by her husband of 64 years Bill Cavin, her twin sister Lynn Reddell of Camp Verde, and family.

Lynda moved from Ohio to Scottsdale, AZ as a small child. When she was 15 she met the love of her life, Bill. A year later they eloped to Wickenburg and were married by the Justice of the Peace. They celebrated their wedding by tossing a few coins into the wishing well for good luck. Soon after Lynda and Bill moved to California where they raised their 3 daughters.

Upon retirement Lynda and Bill returned to Arizona and made Wickenburg their home. Over the years they made frequent visits to the wishing well and reminisced of their life together. Lynda and Bill enjoyed countless adventures spoiling their 4 grandchildren, some of which were spent at the Wickenburg Ice Cream Parlor, and Anita's Cocina, but mostly exploring Lynda's beloved Arizona. Their door was always open to family.

Kind, caring, and with a heart full of love, Lynda continuously supported the accomplishments of those she loved. Time spent with grandchildren and great grandchildren, soaking up the sun in her garden, reading a good book, or holding the hand of her one true love made Lynda shine the brightest.

The family celebrated Lynda's life with a private service on January 6, 2020. It was just the way she would have wanted it.
