Melody Botterbusch

November 30, 1982 — November 30, 2010

Melody Kaye Botterbusch was born again in Heaven November 30, 2010. She was born 28 years ago on that same day in Phoenix, Arizona to Roy & Rene Botterbusch. Melody was raised in Phoenix and attended Deer Valley High School Class of 2000. She was a cheerleader and during that time was on the team that won the National Cheerleading Competition in 1998 making it the 3rd straight year the team had won. She later attended Northwest College in Kirkland, Washington graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, Summa Cum Laude. She then returned to Phoenix and began working at Phoenix Children's Hospital where she worked for 4 years, she had been pursuing her post graduate work to become a nurse practitioner, until medical issues prevented it. She returned to Kirkland, Washington and worked in health care and began her work with Maxim Home Health. Struggles with health brought her back to Phoenix to be near her family for support. Her lastest job was with Maxim Home Health Care in Glendale, AZ where she always loved to cared for "her babies", adults and their family members. Melody served several church mission trips to Bolivia, Nicaragua and a medical trip to India. She was inducted into Who's Who Among American Business Women and National Fine Arts for Worship Band and Vocal Solo. She always enjoyed singing and occasional rapping and she loved horror flicks. Melody really loved her dogs "Larry" and "Chucky". She was one who loved children and had been writing a training guide which included resources for nurses. Her lastest hobby was couponing where she was becoming a expert at using coupons and savings from different grocery stores; she was so proud that she saved 58% on her Thanksgiving dinner supplies. She will be forever remembered in our hearts.
