Sheila Penney Heinrich, age 65, passed away June 5, 2013 in Surprise, Arizona. Penney was born December 13, 1947 in Hackensack, New Jersey to Leonard Jean Bogert and Shirley C. (Penney) Bogert. She was raised there and attended schools there. Penney moved to Michigan where she owned and operated a bar on the 8 Mile Road that divides Detroit from the suburbs. She later began a career in long-haul trucking, traveling most of the country. Penney came to Arizona in 2008 to be near family. She met her companion Angelo Breno in 2010 and they lived in Yarnell where she worked as a cook at the Yarnell Activity Center. They had recently moved to Aguila. Penney enjoyed motorcycling with Angelo and had traveled to various parts of the western United States. She had also raised and bred Blue Heeler dogs for 20 years. Her 2 dogs Tazz and Jodi were family. Penney is survived by her companion Angelo Breno of Aguila, Arizona, 2 sons Tommy (Carol) Brzozowski of Michigan and Donnie Brzozowski of North Carolina, brothers Larry (Toni) Bogert of Warren, Michigan and Ronald (Jean) Bogert of Brown City, Michigan and a sister Tanya (Herb) Allen of Peeples Valley, AZ., and her two dogs Tazz and Jodi.
