Richard Wallis, 42, passed away on March 27, 2025, in Sun City, Arizona. Leaving his mother Vickie Tarvin and step father John Tarvin. Along with his three childern, Jasmine (Reece), Emmos and Roy (RJ) Wallis, Kehlani MaCoy Wallis. His brother David (Jenny) Harris,his sister Christy (Nate) Otey, Amie Harris, Sheralee (Aaron) Lake, Frankie, dean and Harley Tarvin. Along with many nieces and nephews. He was preceeded by his younger brother in December of 2021.
