Robert Lohaus

Robert William Lohaus, age 82, passed away January 10, 2016 in Sun City West, Arizona. Bob was born November 11, 1933 in Morgan, Minnesota. He served in the U.S. Army and following his military service he married Beverly Nielson on September 14, 1957 making their home in Morgan. They moved to Arizona in 1967 settling in Tempe. Bob worked for Shamrock Dairies, where he worked for some 30 years before retiring. In 2003 He and Beverly moved to Wickenburg. He was very active in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church serving on the parish council and in many other capacities. He enjoyed fishing and the outdoors and traveling. Bob was preceded in death by his wife Beverly in 2010. He is survived by his children: Brian (Toni) Lohaus of Maricopa, Arizona, Brad Lohaus of North Liberty, Iowa, and Bruce Lohaus of Iowa City, Iowa, 2 sisters Mary Lohaus and Donna Krueger both of Minnesota and 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Funeral Mass will be held Friday, January 15, 2016 at 10:00 AM at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.
