Robert McCarrel

Robert Bryan McCarrel, Jr."Bob" to his friends, age 84, passed away June 29, 2012 in Sun City, Az. Mr. McCarrel was born August 17, 1927 in Berwick, Pennsylvania to Robert B. & Rebecca R. McCarrel. He served in the USMC during WWII. He retired to Arizona after working for the Ford Motor Company in Chicago Heights for many years. He settled in Yarnell and really enjoyed the area. He was a member of the Elks Lodge the American Legion Post 79 in Yarnell. Bob enjoyed gardening, working with his hands and spending time with family and friends. He will be greatly missed. Bob is survived by his children, Ken McCarrel and Joy Lane, grandchildren Andrea, Kelly, Jennifer, Roberta and Russell, great-grandchildren Madyson, Karsten and Kennedy, and sister Vivienne Miller.
