12-11-1948 - 10-03-2019
Born in California Robert lived most of his adult life in Washington State. He and his spouse discovered Arizona and made this his final stop.
Robert was committed to his core beliefs of God, Family and Country. In addition to his family and friends, Robert loved his hair, Elvis, John Wayne and westerns on TV. A funny story about Robert, when he was 16 he was playing cowboys with his sister and a cousin. They were running around the yard pretend shooting at each other. Robert jumped over the creek in the back and fell cutting his wrist. He was really bleeding so an ambulance was called. As he was being led to the ambulance, he had to stop and in the reflection of the window of the ambulance, comb his hair!
He was a home builder, master mechanic, and friend to all. Robert leaves behind his spouse Patricia Percival of Congress AZ, two daughters and a son, a step daughter, step son as well as nine grandchildren. Additionally, he leaves three brothers and three sisters behind. He was preceded in death by his parents Rena F. Percival Hughes and Ben O. Percival as well as two brothers. There were no strangers in Robert's life, he had a smile and wave for everyone.
