Russell Vojir

Russell John Vojir, age 55, passed away May 1, 2016 in Phoenix, Arizona. Russ was born April 30, 1961 in Queens, New York to Allen & Elaine Vojir. He was raised in both New York and Florida. After graduating from High school he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force. Following his military service he joined the family owned and operated an automotive machine shop in Fort Myers, Fl. Russ moved to Arizona in 2000 to be near his sister and family. He worked as a Clerk of Courts with Maricopa County. Russ was a big hearted man and gave of himself freely to many people and local charities, always anonymously. Above all else Russ loved his family; he considered his nieces and nephew his own children. He is survived by his parents Allen & Elaine Vojir of Wickenburg and his partner in life Aaron Calzada of Phoenix, sister Jacquelaine (Martin) Brennan of Wickenburg, brother Allen (Wendy) Vojir of Lehigh Acres, Florida, nieces Kristen LeFever, Amanda Montes, Allisun Vojir, nephew Michael Brennan, grand-nephews Karson & Jaxson Brennan, Brody, Channing, Peyton Montes. Family services will be held in Wickenburg.
