Sandra Oldman

Sandra Oldman died at her home in Yarnell the evening of Tuesday, January 31, 2017, after a long battle with cancer. A longtime Yarnell resident, Sandra was born in Crosby, MN, daughter of Edward Bodie and Leona Crom Bodie. She also spent time living on the Navajo reservation near Page, AZ, and in the small towns of Desert Center, CA and Silverton, CO.

Recently retired, Sandra and her husband owned and operated Hilltop Realty for 25 years. She was active in the Chamber of Commerce for many years and took great joy and satisfaction in helping the community and its residents.

Sandra appreciated art in all forms, whether in nature, music or artwork. She was a talented artist particularly taking pleasure in oil painting and participating in the local art group.

She is survived by her loving family: husband Larry; daughter, Desiree Pelser; son-in-law, Johan Pelser; grandchildren, Hans and Leona; sisters, Anita Irvine and Norma Bowsfield; and her many nieces and nephews.

No formal services; there will be a private celebration of life with family.
