Tom "Doc" Casey was born January 1, 1941 and Heaven bound February 19, 2015. Tom was born in Sioux City, Iowa to Kenneth & Ruby Casey. He attended schools there until they family moved to Montana where he completed his high school education in Miles City. He later enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps serving 6 years. Following his military service he attended Palmer College receiving a Doctorate of Chiropractic. He began his practice in Chariton, Iowa moving to Arizona in 1981 settling in Wickenburg where he established his practice until 1990 when he moved to Payson where he worked until retiring in 2000. Tom returned to Wickenburg to retire that same year. His passion was ranching, he loved working cattle and riding horses. Tom was an outdoorsman enjoying hunting and fishing. While living in Wickenburg he went on many Desert Caballeros rides over the years. He was a former member of the Rotary Club and a member of the Masonic Lodge as well as a member of the "Gold Shirt Gang" which participated in the Gold Rush Days events. "And as Always . . . "Doc" did it his way" Tom is survived by his wife Barbara of Wickenburg, 3 children and 4 step-children, 1 brother, 3 sisters and 18 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren. Family memorial services were held on Sunday, February 22, 2015. The family suggests memorials in Tom's name be made to DAV (Disabled American Veterans) www.dav.org
