Victoria H. Nieblas, age 99, passed away April 15, 2018 surrounded by her family. She was born July 28, 1918 in Bridgeport, Connecticut to Peter Polizza and Nina Maggio Polizza. She was a mother and homemaker as well as a beautician for years. A memorial service will be held at a later date in California.
